Who will live here next year.? In this case if you want to buy it it might be for sale. This is a "home" around the corner from me.  A replica of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.  It has an interesting story built by a developer of mini yuck mansions who came is an immigrant.  He went bankrupt during the housing bubble but somehow held on.  Hoping the new resident of the original will feel welcome returning to her old digs
