366 Project on 11/9/16. I am from a generation who believed that your voting choice for President of the United States was a private matter … personal … close to being sacred. I have discarded some things from the mindset of my generation, but I still hold dear the fact that my political views and choices are for me alone. I voted, even though I have pretty much become apolitical for the most part. Sorry, Dad -- It is what it is. America voted in its next President yesterday, and whether you are crying tears of joy or tears of sorrow today, it is what it is also. The world will continue to spin. Yay or Nay, I am still proud to be an American.
