I have been eating a low calorie meal 2 days a week for quite a few weeks now.

It has, overall, been a very worthwhile exercise for me BUT I am for the first time ever feeling the cold.

Today was a low calorie day and when I got home from work I was so cold that I put on multiple layers on every part of me that I could.  I looked like the michelin man and the only shoes that would fit over by 2 pairs of sock, plus totes was Mr RIU's 'fishing crocs'

Attractive, no?
