Birthday Fireworks

I travelled up to London this morning and surprised my granddaughter by arriving in time for the birthday lunch! She was very excited, having arranged the table flowers and helped to make the cake.
The fireworks ended a special day - here they lit up the garden!

I was surprised to see that the main present was a sewing machine! The first extra photo shows my daughter explaining how to use it. 
B cut out a printed Babushka doll and sewed it together on her own, thrilled when she had finished it!

And of course there was a cake with candles and sparklers!
