Inverarary

One of the amazing things about my job is that I get to visit some stunning places in Scotland, and one of these must surely be the town of Inverarary in Argyllshire, which sits on the beautiful Loch Fyne. The journey from Edinburgh to Inveraray took approximately 2 3/4 hours, but worth it for the views alone, especially since the weather was stunning too.

John and I were there taking part in a Triangle of Care for Mental Health Workshop event, which went very well. The Triangle of Care ensures that carers are at the very centre of mental health care.
