Horsham park

I had to go for a blood test this morning, and this wonderful sculpture is right next to the car park, by the doctor's surgery.
It is quite an amazing creation, made of stainless steel and great to look at, though I have no idea what it is!! A seed head? Or a plant bulb / tuber? Interesting whatever ....
