Flat cat

I purchased this doormat from the Flat Cat Gallery and Cafe in Lauder where I went for lunch with J. I found out today where the name came from - I had often wondered. Apparently it's taken from a type of Tibetan rug which was woven to look like a tiger skin - these rugs were called 'flat cats'.
