And it's goodbye from them!

The end of an exceptional and fulfilling week! It was the culmination of the Executive Challenge process which I led for 31 participants in their in-company program at IESE Business School. And also the long awaited delivery of B5 - PLUS personality inventory training for my peer coaches in which I supported Thomas (recent star of my journal) in my role as a seasoned user of the material. I feel I've grown in some way throughout it all. So, not a bad outcome!

Now about to head to the airport en route to reunite with Dd in Mallorca . . . looking forward to being 'home' with her!
