Remembrance Day - on the way home from Chichester Radio 4 chimed 11am and held two minutes silence. I was able to pull into a lay-by for the duration.
The silence seemed to hold even more meaning with the huge changes going on in our world at this time.

Had a letter from the Eye Clinic today saying someone from the Cataract Assessment Team will ring me 'at approximately 8.30am on Friday 18th'. This gives me hope that the second eye will be done before long...
