Passerelle Solférino

I think the practice of attaching 'love locks' started on the Pont des Arts and has since spread to other bridges.  The authorities have tried to clamp down on the practice due to concerns of the effect of the weight of the millions of padlocks.  In the evening the reflections from them look like beech hedges lining the bridges.

A day of wandering and looking followed by an evening boat trip on the Seine, good food and wine.
