Staff development

At the Open University staff development day in Hove, I took part in a workshop using Lego to represent the 'student journey', and this is an experienced student's study area - with books, computer, bananas and cat. It was a fun workshop and the Lego models prompted lots of discussion about current issues in the OU. Still a great institution.
