Waxwings

There have been lots of reports of waxwings in surrounding towns, so the hen guardian and I set off to Elgin, where a flock of 500 had been seen.  We wandered around the streets where they had been, with no luck. Eventually, after a few false trails, we ended up in Forres and found another big flock, and were able to watch them coming and going to the rowan berries.
