Attacked!

My poor we boy was attacked by the health visitor today with his MMR. The worst bit was that she stuffed it up .... I she did ... well she did but ....

E squirmed and whilst I had a hold of him she did not take hold of the leg she was sticking the needle in and he flinched. Meaning that an unknown amount of the vaccine went into his leg and an unknown amount sprayed everywhere.

Because of this he needed a second dose, (in the other leg, the marks in the shot are all from attempt number 1). A second dose, something I was less than comfortable with a dose and a half of a vaccine that may or may not be linked to Autism .... Great!
