Morning At Ham Wall

After a pit stop for a bottle of milk at about 1am this morning, Sophie (and we!) slept in until 7.45 this morning.

We went for a stroll at the RSPB reserve at Ham Wall after breakfast to enjoy the sunshine and splash in puddles,

We took Sophie home this afternoon where Kate & Joel were both feeling refreshed after a weekend off.

Remembrance Sunday: my Dad was born 105 years ago today. He drove trucks in the North African desert campaign and up through Italy in World War Two. Sophie was looking at his picture on the window sill today and recognises him as great granddad, even though he passed away 27 years ago.
