A good day, which started with a lay in until 7.50am. I went out for a run before meeting blipper Galloping Gran for coffee (don't tell her I ran!) And we had guest appearances from KJD, Daisy, and the Rev.

We are now back home, all caught up with 'Strictly' and well informed about snow leopards, flamingoes and Grizzlies
