Das Morgenrot
Ist sehr schön und der Mensch
Hat ein Herz und es ist
Kühn, eins zu haben.

Today's poem possibly isn't really one. It is more like the subtitle of one of Ostermaier's collections of poems. But it beautifully describes how bold it is to have a heart. The author is also a playwright, so I hope my friend, who has been a very successful amateur actress all her life, will enjoy this.

Another postcard from Iona which was never sent. The island is definitely to small and interesting for there to be enough time to write postcards from.
