Apologies for the emergency blip. It has rained all day, and barely got bright than dusk. I have started running to work which I actually quite enjoy. It leaves me warmer than cycling, I have less to carry, and it's just as quick once locking/unlocking is taken into account.
Pre baked the base with cheese and tomato, before adding the other toppings. This made the base nice and crispy but not burnt
