OOOUUUCCCHHH!!!

Got in the car to go to work....drove 10 mins...pain horrendous....drove back home.

Spent day dosed up with my hot water bottle for comfort....walked for 10 mins, then 20 then 30 mins. Daisy couldn't believe it!!!
Got these so I can sleep tonight....back is now sore but not tear jerkingly painful!!!!
Doctors booked for next Tuesday (first available appointment!!!)
