Wait for me!

38 degrees forecast today (a canicule in french) so we set out early but on a new route and got a bit lost.. not sure that was a good strategy for a potentially burning hot day. Anyway all was OK we found our way. What is amazing though is that having lived here on and off for nearly 20 years we still find new routes ... and this was one today. The shade of these trees was very welcome although it had not reached peak temperature then ... that is Mr A in the distance .. sometimes we ride very much together and sometimes not .. it was a 'not' day!! That's life!

I hasten we did have a good ride.. just not ensemble i.e. tyre to tyre as we sometimes do
