Suffering

I have picked up one of my books on Buddhism to reconnect with it.  I started to read up on it all a year or so back, but something must have waylaid me. A shame, as the messages contained really resonated with me and I had only lightly scratched the surface.

A little focussing of the mind and the ability to put things in their correct perspective is needed, so I am going to be more resolute at committing to it now.

My little wooden Buddha doesn't seem too sure about my convictions though, that smile says everything.  Even the little wooden version has wisdom!!
