The calm before the storm

I took this photo as the wind started to pick up and the rain started to fall... little did I know that it was the start of an absolutely torrential rain storm!! It looks like we weren't the only ones to receive it. I was absolutely soaked by the time I got to my course (after only 5 minutes in the rain), whilst the people who arrived early were very dry and confused! 

P.S I have also finally back blipped the 9th to the 13th :) 

P.P.S I went on another fantastic run today. It's great that I can now run non stop for 5km and still have lots of energy left afterwards. I'll start pushing myself to go longer distances now :)
