The Green haired Activist and the Pirate

I am not sure whether he was a pirate or not.  He has a rakish look about him.  She on the other hand would appear to be an activist as I caught her reading to him from the book "Unity Through Positive Activism".  See here
They were by far the most colourful people at the Canoe Pool.  Even her eyebrows and fingernails were green.   How stylish!
