I thought I'd got everything ready last night so that this morning, after finishing work, I could just get in the car and go to Staunton Harold Reservoir for a 12 miler with my walking group... only I couldn't find the right car park.  Rather stupidly I hadn't put the OS map in or my glasses, and while I thought I knew which car park we were meeting in, when I got there it was clear that it wasn't!

I was a bit annoyed with myself for not having the map, but took myself off for a walk anyway and did 6 miles all the way around the reservoir, enjoying the last of the autumn colour.
