Pancho Villa

Its that annual holiday (Revolution Day) when Mexicans celebrate taking charge of their own destiny; big parades in town with lots of color, dancing and good humor.  It now seems mostly non-political but I think there is some underlying uncertainty about the neighbour to the north.
