Föhn 0730am

Wonderful morning due to strong, warm "Föhn" wind in the alps. Who cannot be in a good mood after such a start. Normal November day afterwards. A bit grey but mild. 30 minutes pre-lunch-time run and early finish to get some stuff done in the city. Back at the computer at home though. Fresh pasta and the the rest of the 414 for dinner.
