More disruptions

The living room has been deconstructed, and large amounts of it are now stored in the garden room.  Empty like this, it feels like an enormous room.  It's plenty big enough to be a sitting room/dining room combined.  The layout is not ideal, with the log burner in the middle (but not quite exactly central) of the long wall, but I'm sure we'll sort something out once it is painted.

Meanwhile, the curtains are down, and need washing.  And the ones on the doors need shortening - they've had temporary safety pins for plenty long enough now!

No doubt I will be blipping this again later in the week.
