Bryan and Zero

While reading water meters today, I come across the strangest sight I have ever seen. This gentleman Bryan was walking a cat called Zero. Zero is 19 and deaf so Bryan puts her in her cat harness and walks her so she does not get run over. Zero is a gorgeous, friendly and soft cat
