Shetland Bull

This young bull is about to ship south to his new farm in St Andrews. He is pretty laid back, and was just enjoying the afternoon sunshine when I photographed him.
Shetland cattle are a breed native to the Shetland islands, and have evolved to live here for at least 1000 years.
