Cor blimey, today was a grimmmmmm day! It started pretty well for me (I lost 7lbs this week!) but a day of relentless rain, a GP appt that didn't go how I wanted, a twat driving through a puddle purposefully to soak me and a leaking ceiling will crush a good mood pretty hard. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be all curled up on the sofa in this blanket...
