Tiny Tuesday mystery

We returned today from London, my husband's aunt's funeral went well and we took the longer but drier route back via the motorways.  Not much time for a blip so I thought I would give the Tiny Tuesday mystery object a go. There is a very large clue in it though, so it should be easy.
