National Days #23 Tie one on Day ?

I've no idea and didn't want to look it up really as i suspected it may be less than savoury ! So whilst out on my run I plodded through Ocean Village Harbour Southampton where I knew there'd be lots of yachts with lots of things tied on. Unfortunately the timed exposure cam out a blurred as i had difficulty holding it still. Another awkward days blip calendar theme.
