Fleeschküchelcher

Gym and sauna after work; no time for cooking or blipping.
Fleeschküchelcher is Pfälzisch for the German Frikadelle or the English meatball or burger. These were tiny, pre-cooked and ready to eat. Ate them cold with hot mustard and hot chai tea. Wonderful combination, isn't it?
