Great Gable and Sprinkling tarn

Went out today to walk another "Wainwright" - managed Seathwaite Fell (from Seathwaite) - only a 9 mile walk, but as you can see from the photo, the conditions were far from easy. It wasn't long into the walk before crampons were on, and ice axe was in the hand. 

A fabulous day, although cold,
