It's a nice double entendre: " I spice up my meals with triple X".
Dr P loves Hot sauces, the hotter the better. One night Mr. Bill bet her she couldn't eat one of those Thai peppers in the extra spicy shrimp curry we had for dinner. Mr.Bill lost that one.
