Cakes for tea.

I've been up early baking cakes because my grandchildren are coming for tea. I had some bad news today, my sister dropped a knife on her big toe a few months ago and now it's turned cancerous and she needs to have her toe amputated in three weeks. We're all in shock at the moment, so my thoughts are with her today.
