Finding Dory

Well nearly! Had a very specific cake order today for friend Cecilia's son who is an avid aquarium-ist! I'm sure someone is going to know the right word!

Their family do not like fondant and so their cakes are always covered with icing! This cake is red velvet with cream cheese icing!

So here's my attempt at making his aquarium with these two fish which are his prized possessions! Cecilia said he was happy to have a cake after ages.

Later in the afternoon, I had a visit from a friend who used to live in Dubai, but now lives in Wellington. Good to catch up and I even got to show her around DB a bit.
