It is about to begin

I know this does not seem exciting to anyone else but, this is the start of our new home. We obtained the permit and it is posted. It has been so dry here in GA that the red clay is like concrete so trying to put up a silt fence for erosion control has been more than difficult. John is about to get the heavy equipment out. Contracts have been coming and going to give prices and we should be starting to dig the basement any day. These pictures might seem boring but I think this is a great way to chronicle our new adventure.
