Open Sesame...

Raspberry knows there is a special, small container with leftover turkey just for her in the refrigerator. If only she had thumbs, she would fling open the door, but those eyes work quite well.

We had a great day yesterday with great nieces and nephews including two sets of twins, identical, Jacob & Logan ( 2 and a half in January), and fraternal, Abby & Maya (2 and a half today). The older great nieces, Sarah & Emma were a great help.

Meanwhile, at the Josselyn Thanksgiving feast in Plymouth, there was a big cupcake reveal followed by all of us in West Newbury via facetime. Recently, niece Sarah and her husband David received a sealed envelope with their expected baby's sex. David took it, still sealed tightly, to a local cupcake bake, Cup Cake Charlie who bakes special cupcakes for fun reveal of the sex of the expected one. The baker returned the re-sealed envelope and  chocolate frosted cupcakes the day before Thanksgiving... filled with either pink or blue. Gregory called us via facetime and we watched Sarah cut a cupcake and reveal the filling color, PINK, it's a girl. They are thrilled, they even had a name picked out already, Nora (for Sarah's great grandmother) Joanne(for David's mum who died too young from cancer.) The little one will be called Nora Jo. Needless to say we are all thrilled to tears.

For the Record,
This day came in dark and drizzly.

All hands tired
