Bikin' & Spinnin'

A typical monday at work....what can i say .... Mondays are not the favorite day of the week! I subbed my first spin class that it was not my usual class. I am official and being paid. I have been offered a co-teaching gig in the new year alternating a weekly class. This will work well as i have signed up for 13 week 200 hr yoga teacher training starting the 1st week of February. It is going to be a very busy 2017!
