Experimenting

Poor Cathy is the test subject for my cookery experimentation. Tonight was no exception. Fortunately I seem to have got away with this one, as it met with a thumbs up. Next time I make it though, I shall definitely tweak the recipe, both in terms of the timing of the adding of particular ingredients and their respective quantities.

In case you are wondering it is a sort of North African / Persian lamb hybrid. Not a lamb you will find wandering about in the hill farms ofBritain. :)
