Mmmmm muffins

Today started brilliantly with a wee dip in the perfectly calm loch. Heather made her first trip past Cameron House and managed to get there and back without too much groping of buoys, boys or other swimmers. Later on things went a bit pearshaped with warning lights coming on in the car so I had to get JT to come and rescue me.

But, back home to the marvellous smell that indicated the master baker, as K calls him (careful how you say that), had been hard at work in my absence. She has been getting some deliveries of flapjacks lately and the scores have been high. The good news is there is also a batch of them ready for the week ahead.
