Sunday morning treat

A temperature of 4C first thing this morning but I prefer crisp, clear and cold to dull, damp and driech.

An early morning visit to my favourite Sunday morning coffee shop ..... no one else has freshly cooked pastries at 9am. Then it was off to church .... it's always good to catch up with folk before and after the service.

The town was busy with Christmas shoppers who were more than happy to use the street parking that our church goers normally use.  I arrive early enough to secure a place then I enjoy my pastry, pot of tea and a good read of my book.
