Barn owl

This morning as Julie was still feeling unwell and we wasn't going to visit Jeri I took the opportunity to head out for a spot of birding. We saw a few bits but all a bit distant. On our way home we popped into Fiskerton  fen and was rewarded with a lovely Barn Owl. not the best of shots as it was flying away from us at the time. I have also included some extra shots of some deer we spotted in a field at Skidbrooke .
