Gustav Vasa and the nordic light

Let me introduce Gustav Vasa king of Sweden 1523–1560.  Today we visited Nordic Museum and there he are. We saw the exhibition Nordic light. An interesting exhibition about what it means to live in a part of the world which have limited daylight in the winter and light almost around the clock during the summer. The Nordic light is unique, few percent of the world's population lives under similar lighting conditions.  It is interesting to try to imagine how life was before we had electricity. Dark streets and just the fire and some candles to light up. Today it´s very windy and there have been some snow. It is the first day of Advent and we are glad we are not at sea.
