Sunset over Montrose

Had my stitches out this afternoon. While the Nurse was unstitching me the Doctor turned up so I entertained them by telling them about some States in America and surgeries in England where patients have online access to their own health records. Neither had heard of the idea!  Can you believe that?  So I gave them the web address click on it HERE if your interested.  The sun was setting when I got home - not much of a shot but here it is anyway.
