Five year old Papaya tree

This one is, in Papaya years, a very old tree! It is about 50 ft high, and was a very young tree when we moved here four years ago!

Note how it made a ?curl? close to the top of the tree, and if you look véry closely, you will see a papaya on the right side of the stem, just beneath the crown of leaves, close to 50ft from the ground!

I think we will have to leave that papaya for the birds, cannot risk Manda?s life just to get a hold of it!
