Paintwork

Ahoy! Over to the work party to join in the servicing of the moorings; except the good ship the Linklater had just sailed with no fewer than seven jolly jack tars aboard. All showin' willin' weren't they? My willin' maybe wasn't as showin'.
Anyway me hearties, I got on with my topsides, and soon it was as gleamin' as a silver salver.
Home briefly for soupy woup, and out again to machine those hinges at the club workshop, before I stepped out to Stockaree (home of charity shops) to buy some Christmas cards. Imagine! Shelter Scotland have a card which is entitled 'frosty thistles' - it's Eryngium maritimum, sea holly!! What a disgrace - only one thing for it - a tweet to @shelterscotland. Answer came there none!
