Another freezing day and we are definitely slipping as we only clocked up 11.3 miles walking today.   I blame the Lentil Chilli in the pub at lunchtime and overhearing an elderly couple discussing at length and in great detail the enlarged prostate of their friend.    What Larks!

Time to light the fire and get cosy.
