Wall Art - 84

Dedicated to the artist Hannah Frank.

This is the 3rd of the 3 murals depicting people who have been successful in their field and all from this same area of Glasgow.

The others were Allan Pinkerton of the detective agency fame, and Benny Lynch the champion boxer.

Now we have Hannah Frank, not so well known and someone who didn't start to get the recognition she deserved until she was almost 100 years old.  A fabulous artist.  You can find out more about her here.

I particualrly like her 'Night Forms' drawing.

The other interesting connection is that her family owned the first class Franks photographic shop which may be familiar to Glasgow Blippers.
