Condo For Sale

Actually, it is condos for sale. There are four different units up for sale in our little 25 unit complex, so one of the property managers decided to hold an open house next week. Flyers needed to be created so I was pressed into service (graphic design was one of my jobs before I retired). Can't sell real estate without showing off the amenities, so beside creating the necessary sales flyers I also took the necessary photographs. This little beauty is by far the best deal of the bunch, well under $100k while the others are considerably north of that number. Perhaps we will have new neighbors soon.
